Position
General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall direction on the company development for long term business growth
• Lead, drive, manage and monitor the teams in Hong Kong to deliver cost-effective and marketable products to European, North American and Asian markets
• Design and execute high impact, targeted, and inspiring marketing programs that fully leverage resources (people, time and money) and align with the firm's growth strategy and business priorities
Build and lead a high performing and inspired team
• Develop and review strategies and plans to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Explore & develop sales channel
• Explore and identify new business opportunities to introduce the company's OEM & ODM Service to increase client base
• Manage B2B marketing campaign
• Design and delivery of successful client-facing programs including conferences, C-suite events and APAC forum
• Support the Technical and Merchandising team on development issues.
• Reporting on successes and weakness needing improvements
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Business / E-commerce / Marketing or equivalent
• At least 10 years relevant experience at the management level in the Jewellery OEM & ODM industry
• Strong sales network and relationship with key customers and potential customers
• knowledge of e-commerce technology and Fashion Jewellery production management is a bonus
• Excellent management and communications skills
• Sensitive to market / industry changes
• Strong aesthetic / fashion sense
• Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Sincere, responsible, aggressive, strong comprehension, problem solving skills, can work under pressure
