Administration Officer

Job Highlights

• Support to Sales and Marketing Department
• Support to Account Department

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for general duties of Human Resources & provide a full spectrum of administrative support
• Basic book-keeping 
• Assist in recruitment & screening process, interview coordination, on/off boarding
• Assist in Jewellery Exhibition Planning and Execution
• Support Sales and Marketing Team for miscellaneous agendas
• Assist and participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• LCCI Level 1 Book-keeping 
• 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• A team player with high initiative, detail-minded
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good at spoken / written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
